We are a family owned and operated Montessori school with an intimate supportive environment dedicated to providing children with a loving and authentic Montessori experience.

00 Monday-Friday Our ideal candidate has:
A minimum of 12 ECE units (required) Experience in a preschool setting leading groups of children from age 3 to 5 yrs Confidence with the use of positive discipline to guide children and enforce limits Experience with Montessori preferred A desire to learn and to be an integral part of a team Able to lift 30 lbs We offer:
$25-29 per hour, depending on experience Weekly pay 5 Paid Sick days after 30 days 6 weeks paid school vacations, plus calendar holidays Kaiser Health and Delta Dental benefits after 30 days 6% Matching 401k program after 30 days Annual bonus All employees must complete a TB test, Livescan, and state-mandated child abuse reporter training upon being hired.
