Project Leader

The Optimization Team Project Leader will join a revolutionary new group in RH that encompasses service, innovation and quality in support of RH Galleries, Outlets, Customer Delight Centers and Home Delivery Centers. They will identify best practices, establish quality standards and improve service for our internal customers. This person is responsible for creating processes and tools that support an elevated customer experience as well as excellent execution of initiatives and field operations. This person will be an advocate for our field teams with delighting our internal and external customers as their main focus and responsibility.

Create and communicate policies and procedures for execution in the field.
Translate data and analysis into clear, easy-to-understand communication.
Partner with cross-functional teams to lead the development of custom reporting and dashboards, identifying further KPIs to help drive the business.
Lead and/or support additional projects as assigned.

Possess outstanding luxury selling skills, including active listening and positive response to customer needs.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills and processes.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends, evenings and Holidays.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Mac Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Google Applications.
Photoshop, InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite application skills a plus.
Experience with online forms, surveys.
Previous experience in the use and development of CRM tools is preferable.
Previous experience with MicroStrategy or other reporting platforms is preferable.
Experience
5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, delivery or retail technology
3+ years of luxury retail leadership experience or in a customer facing role a plus
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Physical Requirements
Driver's license preferred
Ability to travel locally or out of state

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
